I've been keeping bees for a long time. Lotion bars were one of the first things I made from their beeswax. That oil-and-wax combination is unbeatable for skin roughed up by the elements.
They are the workhorses of skincare: think cracked fingers, hands in and out of water, potters throwing clay, teachers who need to hand-sanitize 50 times a day, healthcare workers washing their hands before every appointment, and yes, the runners, skiers, hikers, and other winter-outdoorsy types who sometimes forget their gloves and whose faces are exposed to the elements.
Warm the bar in your hands to start releasing the organic cocoa and shea butter, the vitamin-rich avocado, Vitamin E, argan oils, and that emollient beeswax. Use it on your cracked fingers, those sad heels, the rough elbows, the ashy knees...
Choose how much packaging you need: choose "tin" if you need one, or "refill" if you have a tin already, or another container. We'll put it in compostable shrink or a compostable glassine bag to keep it tidy.
